Question 150: The Exalted has said: “Say: “O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” And the Exalted has said “O our people, hearken to the one who invites (you) to Allah, and believe in him: He will forgive you your sins, and deliver you from a Penalty Grievous.”
The first verse is counted to be forgiving all sins, and the second one only some of the sins,so how can we gather between the two?
Answer: The sins between you and the servants are not forgiven, except by returning the rights to the rightful owners, and receiving the release of deed from them, and its a general law “And forgive you your sins” meaning Allah will forgive the sins that are between you and Him, as for the sins that are with the servants it needs to receive release of deed, and returning the rights to the rightful owners, and in Dua of Monday:…(O my Allah! I seek Thy forgiveness, for every solemn pledge I made, for every promise I undertook to fulfill, and every obligation I stood security for, then did not make good any. I beseech Thee (for forgiveness) in the matter of wrongs done to Thy servants by me. Whosoever among Thy male servants, or female servants, thinks that he or she did receive wrongful treatment from me, either with regard to his or her “self” or good fame, or property, or friends and family, or children; or by speaking evil of him or her in absence I had defamed the fair name; or treated harshly, and took liberties, out of bias and partiality, or lust and ambition, or contempt, or in the heat of emotions, or in bad faith, or in partisanship and fanaticism, (whether) he or she was absent, or present living, or dead; thereafter it beyond my means, and out of my hands, to make restitution, and get release from the burden.I make a request to Thee. O He Who controls exclusively the prerogative to satisfy wants and desires, they come to call unto His direction, striving in speed towards His decisive dispensation, to send blessing on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad. and make peace between me and him (or her), to what degree and in what manner Thou deems fit, and for me make a gift of Thy mercy, Verily Thou art never at a disadvantage because of forgiveness, nor Thou suffers loss due to doing favors, O The Most Merciful.) (3)
Meaning to forgive for you and between the servants by supplication and Tawasol (seeking means of approach) to him the Exalted, so that He becomes the one to return the rights to the rightful owners (thereafter it was out of my hand, and beyond my means)and this is a special law (and by it, happens to forgive all sins)

3)Saheefa AlSajadya-Dua of Monday
And there is a way to forgive all the sins and it goes, the Exalted said: “Who is he that will loan to Allah a beautiful loan, which Allah will double unto his credit and multiply many times? It is Allah that giveth (you) Want or plenty, and to Him shall be your return.”(1) And from Ahlulbayt pbut its: (The care to the Imam) (2) and from them pbut its: (And the care for the close ones, the close ones are the close ones of the family of Muhammad especially) (3).So the care of the Imam, is expressed by Allah the Exalted and Mighty to be a loan for him the AlMighty and he is the one to pay it off and the care to the Imam can be in pictures: And from them: Care with the money, and the care by the work with him and Jihad between his hands by the tongue and the sword to prove his right pbuh.
And of course that the work with the Imam is better than giving money to him; because through work it will exhaust the body of the human, and sometimes it can destroy his body if he performs Jihad between the hands of the Imam by the tongue or the sword.
So how much of a great mercy it is if the Hujja is among the people, since this great door has opened, that the human being is becoming a care to the Imam pbuh and has loaned to Allah,so he stands on the day of Judgement in front of Allah so Allah will pay him back for the loan, and this servant if he came with the number of grains of sand in the desert I would have forgiven him; because he has a loan with Allah who is the Reckoner on the Day of Religion, and He is the one that gives so much for so little, and His giving has no number,so Allah pays back all of the debts of this servant, and His sins with the servants, and will make him enter heaven without measure.
