Question 410: May the peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you.
Brother Ahmed Alhasan,
I am asking you for few verses from the Qu’ran that I can read every day that push away envy or magic that is harming me and my family, may Allah bless you and support you.
Answer: In the name of Allah, the Abundantly Merciful, the Intensely Merciful.
And praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds. And may the peace and prayers of Allah be upon Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis.
To get rid of envy and magic, take some saffron and mix it with a small amount of water so that the color of the liquid becomes nearly red, and on this water, read Surat al-Fatiha, al-Tawhid, al-Falaq, an-Nas and al-Kafirun, and using a clean twig and the saffron [as ink], and on a white piece of paper, write the “Verse of the Chair” [Ayatul Kursi], {Kaf Ha Ya Ayn Sad} [كهيعص], {Ha Meem Ayn Seen Qaf} [حمعسق], {Noon. By the pen and what they inscribe} [ن والقلم وما يسطرون], {Ya Seen} [يس], {Ha Meem} [حم], {Alif Lam Meem} [ألم], {Alif Lam Ra} [ألر], Surat al-Falaq and Surat an-Nas.
Afterwards, put this paper in about three liters of water and wash yourself with this water, and collect the same water and throw it in a pure place. And Allah willing, and with the blessings of the verses of Allah, the person doing this will find it to be a reason for the magic to be removed from him/her.
Afterwards, recite {Exalted is He, Allah, the One, the Conqueror} [Subhanahu Huwa Allah al-Wahid al-Qahhar] ten thousand times in less than three days, and always read the “Verse of the Chair” and Surat al-Falaq to push away envy, especially at the times of dawn and sunset, so that Allah will support you to know the truth and walk upon its path.
