Cure for Back Pain

In the name of Allah, the Abundantly Merciful, the Intensely Merciful.
Praise is due to Allah.
May the peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you.

Back Pain:
Modern medicine quite often fails at the diagnosis of the cause of back pain, so I saw fit to write a short post about the etiologies of back pain that you can cure yourself.
Biological Cause:
The bodies that we humans utilize were formed in the soft African Savanna, and they evolved for the purpose of being tested in this world, extending throughout the recent time period of millions of years. Therefore, the joints within our bodies were built on this basis, that is, for walking on soft ground. That is why our joints are not equipped to withstand the impact caused by walking on hard ground, following the construction of houses, cities and roads made of hard surfaces. And this problem can be cured by wearing soft-soled shoes that are capable of absorbing the impact and reducing the effect of the impact upon the spinal column and the joints.

Spiritual Cause:
Jinn, envy and the like:
The Test: Start by reading Surat al-Falaq three times, then Surat al-Nas three times, then Ayat al-Kursi seven times. If you yawn during this reading, it means you require treatment.

The Treatment: You perform these acts over the course of three days:

You read Surat al-Noor, and when you reach Ayat al-Noor, you repeat it seventy times.
You remember Allah with this remembrance: (Subhanahu Huwa Allah al-Wahid al-Qahhar) [Exalted is He, Allah, the One, the Conqueror] ten thousand times.
On a white sheet of paper, using rose water and saffron, you write Surat al-Fatiha, Surat al-Falaq, Surat al-Nas and Ayatal-Kursi. You then dissolve the text in water (3-5 liters). You wash yourself with the water afterwards, and do not allow the water to travel to an impure place. Rather, gather it and throw it in a pure place (such as the garden).
After you complete these acts during the three days, you read Ayat al-Kursi every night and before you sleep: {Allah – there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, whatever is between them and what is under the soil, the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. He is the Abundantly Merciful, the Intensely Merciful. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is presently before them and what will be after them, and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Chair extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation does not tire Him. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.} Surat al-Baqara (The Cow) 2:255.

And Ayat al-Sakhra: {Indeed, your Lord is Allah , who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He veils the night with the day, [another night] chasing it rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, subjected by His command. His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds.
Call upon your Lord in humility and privately; indeed, He does not like transgressors.
And do not commit corruption in the earth after its reformation. And invoke Him in fear and aspiration. Indeed, the mercy of Allah is near to the doers of good.} Surat al-Araf (The Heights) 7:54-56.

And Ayat al-Mulk: {Say, “O Allah , Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You degrade whom You will. In Your hand is all good. Indeed, You are over all things competent.
You cause the night to enter the day, and You cause the day to enter the night; and You bring the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living. And You give provision to whom You will without account.”} Surat Aal-e-Imran (The Family of Imran) 3:26-27.

And I ask Allah to grant everyone tranquility and wellness.
